Ravioli Dough Recipe

Italian dough recipe for about 98 pcs. ravioli made by the ravioli mold you see in this picture.


  • 400 g pasta flour
  • 50 ml boiling water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Pour the boiling water into the flour. Chop it untill it cools down. Don’t mix it or knead it yet. Now add egss, yolk, oil and knead it into smooth, elastic dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in kitchen cloth and let it sit for 20-30 minutes at room temperature. Then separate it into four parts. Roll each part and make ravioli as shown in the instructions below.
